RAPUNZEL - TANGLED ON ICE SPONSORSHIP!

The Skating Club of the Adirondacks (SCA) is a not-for-profit organization, serving our community by providing
ice skating lessons for individuals of all ages. We are sanctioned through the United States Figure Skating
Association implementing the Learn to Skate USA program. For more than 40 years, the Skating Club of the
Adirondacks has been an active, viable organization.

Each year, the SCA performs a spring ice show which is held at the Plattsburgh State Fieldhouse. This year, we
are performing “Rapunzel - Tangled on Ice” with two shows, Saturday, April 5th at 6:00 pm and Sunday, April
6th at 1:00 pm. We produce an 8 1⁄2’ x 11” show program that presents our cast, show script, musical
selections, our Learn to Skate USA program information, and our advertisers and sponsors.

The SCA depends entirely on volunteers, board members, parents, and other contributors to provide a quality
program. The generous sponsorships in previous years has allowed us to increase ice time for participants,
purchase new costumes, provide quality music and lighting during the show, and so much more to make the
spring ice show a huge success for the participants, families, and the community.

Business sponsorship opportunities are as follows:
Platinum Sponsor ($1000):
● The SCA show will be presented by YOUR business.
● Your business will be advertised as a large/centered logo on our posters throughout the community as
our title sponsor as “SCA “Rapynzel-Tangled on Ice,” Presented by ...”
● Your business name will be announced before the show, at intermission and at the end of the show. An
option to announce a description of your business can be offered during intermission.
● Facebook and SCA website advertising.
● 8 tickets for the show - Preferred Seating.
● Full page ad in the program in a preferred location.

Gold Sponsor ($500):
● Your business name will be announced during the show.
● Your business will be advertised as a large logo on our posters throughout the community as our gold
sponsor.
● Facebook and SCA website advertising
● 6 tickets for the show.
● Full page ad in the program.

Silver Sponsor ($250):
● Your business name will be announced during the show.
● Your business will be advertised as a medium logo on our posters throughout the community as our silver sponsor.
● Facebook and SCA website advertising.
● 4 tickets for the show.
● Half page ad on the interior of the program.

Bronze Sponsor ($150):
● Your business name will be announced during the show.
● Your business will be advertised as a small logo on our posters throughout the community.
● Facebook and SCA website advertising.
● 2 tickets for the show.
● 1⁄4 page ad on the interior of the program.

*In order to have your business name on the poster, the information and payment deadline is the weekend
of March 9th.

*If you are interested in a Sponsorship for the show, please provide an advertisement by email
sponsors@skatingcluboftheadirondacks.com and payment.

If sponsorship is beyond your advertising budget, a more cost effective advertisement is available. These
advertisements can be used to publicize a special message for your favorite skater or to advertise your
business.
